Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, leadership, coaching and mentoring to team members.
• Analyze daily reports and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee production scheduling and ensure smooth production levels.
• Manage delivery logistics and coordinate with internal teams for quality service.
• Promote continuous improvement and uphold Van Meter culture.
