Job summary

You will manage all aspects of the DC, implement lean initiatives, monitor KPIs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across shift schedules.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to coordinate with field teams to meet service targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and drive cost control.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience with lean tools (Kaizen, VSM, A3).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare P&L statements and manage P&L elements.
• Cost control of expenses such as labor, delivery, supplies, maintenance and utilities.
• Track and analyze financial performance and align with targets.
• Support tracking of KPIs and key metrics.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies.
• Oversee distribution center operations and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure proper organization, inventory and equipment management.
• Coordinate transfers between operations.
• Provide training and development for field and center staff.
• Maintain safety standards and compliance.
