The Plant Manager at Reddy Ice Holdings, Inc. will lead day-to-day plant operations, driving safety, quality, and on-time delivery across manufacturing, distribution, and maintenance.

They will own the plant P&L, implement lean improvements, and develop a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning. The role requires strategic thinking and strong financial acumen in a 24/7 production environment.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership/management experience in a large manufacturing environment, preferably ice production or related.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment and drive safety, quality, and delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day plant operations, spanning manufacturing, distribution, maintenance, safety, and purchasing.
• Own and manage plant P&L and drive cost efficiency and performance improvements.
• Develop and implement lean initiatives (Kaizen, VSM) to improve process efficiency and customer service.
• Recruit, coach, and develop staff; establish succession plans and a high-performance culture.
