Job summary

You will drive continuous improvement, manage the budget, align with Sales, Supply Chain, and Production, and champion lean practices to optimize labor, inventory, and service levels.

Qualifications

• Advanced leadership and people-management skills in a distribution environment.
• Experience optimizing warehouse workflows, inventory control, and KPI tracking.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and SOPs.
• Strong understanding of ERP/WMS integration and lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily distribution operations in a high-volume environment to meet service objectives.
• Optimize labor utilization, storage, picking, and workflow for efficiency.
• Lead process improvements in layout, staffing, and inventory management.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions to improve performance.
• Oversee equipment, maintenance, and safety programs.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Production.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing distribution team.
• Manage the distribution center budget and cost control measures.
