Job summary

You’ll manage receiving, stocking, order processing, shipping, and cross-dock activities while upholding DOT and company safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and workflow to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and materials handling processes.
• Experience with WMS, inventory, routing systems, or AS400.
• Experience supervising in distribution, warehouse, or logistics environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily DC operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Lead, train, schedule, and coach team members.
• Monitor workflow and staffing to meet goals and productivity targets.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, safety standards, and regulations.
• Oversee inbound/outbound processes and accurate receiving/stocking/delivery.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new team members.
