Job summary

The role requires experience with warehouse operations and WMS/AS400 platforms, with a focus on continuous improvement and DC performance.

• Knowledge of warehouse operations and general materials handling processes.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory systems, routing systems, or AS400 platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily distribution center operations for supervised area to ensure operational efficiency.
• Lead, train, schedule, evaluate, and coach distribution center team members while promoting accountability, productivity, and teamwork.
• Monitor departmental workflow and staffing levels to meet daily goals, delivery schedules, and productivity targets.
• Ensure compliance with O'Reilly procedures, safety standards, and DOT regulations where applicable.
• Oversee inbound/outbound merchandise processes to ensure accurate receiving, stocking, processing, loading, and delivery.
