Job summary

Dawn Foods is seeking a District Market Leader II to oversee the Atlanta distribution center, ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer excellence. You will lead a team, drive volume, manage the private fleet, and steer margin improvements while adhering to Dawn standards.

Minimum experience includes a stand-alone site leadership role in distribution and Lean/Continuous Improvement. Travel up to 20% and relocation assistance are available as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s or higher degree preferred.
• Experience leading distribution center operations.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control skills.

Responsibilities

• Safety/compliance with DOT/IFS/OSHA/FDA; foster safety culture and training.
• Manage Warehouse and Private Fleet Distribution Center for productivity and assets.
• Ensure inventory control and accuracy with Dawn best practices.
• Develop the DC budget and monitor performance vs budget.
• Ensure on-time, in-full delivery and strong customer experience.
