Job summary

Milwaukee Tool in Olive Branch, MS is hiring a Distribution Center Department Manager to lead a defined area of our fast-growing distribution network. You will ensure accurate, timely deliveries to internal and external customers while directing receiving, movement, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.

You will collaborate with Continuous Improvement, IE/IT, and other managers to implement policies, manage budget, and drive cost reductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive supervisory or management experience in distribution or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, RF, and ERP technologies.
• Excellent communication and computer literacy.
• Ability to lead multiple priorities and large teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, movement, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Lead cost control, budgeting, and performance metrics.
• Develop staff through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Continuous Improvement to drive capital improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and Milwaukee policies.
