Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience within warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• 5+ years of experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or related operational environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of materials.
• Develop and optimize warehouse slotting strategies to improve efficiency and order accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with processes.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions to improve inventory integrity.
• Coordinate shipping activities for timely, accurate fulfillment.
• Establish schedules, allocate resources, and prioritize workloads to meet objectives.
• Provide direction, coaching, and performance management to warehouse staff.
• Create and update standard operating procedures to enhance consistency and quality.
