Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience as a Lead, Team Lead, Shift Lead, or Supervisor is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven ability to motivate and hold team members accountable.
• Experience with warehouse management systems or inventory systems is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and being active on the warehouse floor.
• Ability to perform physical job duties, including lifting and moving materials.

Pay: $26–$28 per hour

Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Distribution Center Lead to support a rapidly growing distribution operation in Groveport, Ohio. Schedule:

• First Shift: 6:00 AM — 2:30 PM (plus mandatory overtime as needed)
• Mandatory overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs; candidates must be flexible.

Position Summary: The Distribution Center Lead will oversee daily warehouse operations, providing leadership, guidance, and support to a team of associates while ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.
