Qualifications

• Associate degree in CS/MIS or related field
• Minimum 3 years supporting end users with hardware and software in a network environment
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+/Security+ preferred
• Proficient with ServiceNow and Windows Server environments
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Install and configure infrastructure equipment in the Distribution Center per guidelines
• Manage access to the computer room and maintain asset inventory
• Troubleshoot end-user and network problems with escalation as needed
• Manage incidents in ServiceNow to meet SLA
• Submit service requests for new equipment or changes
• Provide on-the-job training to DC team members
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Transportation and internal IT teams
• Support other DCs within the network
• Assist with special IT projects as assigned
