Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years supporting end users in a networked environment.
• Experience with Windows 11 desktops, printers, and telecom gear.
• Certifications like CompTIA A+/Network+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure infrastructure equipment per documented procedures.
• Manage access to computer room and asset inventory.
• Troubleshoot end-user and network issues; escalate via ServiceNow.
• Provide on-the-job IT training to DC staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support other DCs.
