Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and several years in senior management within operations/logistics/retail.
• Alternative: 2 years as Walmart Logistics Assistant General Manager supervising and developing associates.
• 5 years in a senior management role in operations/logistics/retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of distribution center operations to achieve safety, productivity, quality, service, and associate engagement.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to improve operational performance and long-term results.
• Coach and develop a high-performing leadership team with accountability, growth, and inclusion.
• Oversee workforce planning, staffing strategies, and succession planning.
