Job summary

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, associates verbally or in writing to drive and implement the business plan and achieve facility goals.
• Forecast staffing workload and performance results to meet business demands.
• Prepare, review and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
• Identify and resolve associate, customer and supplier concerns; supervise and manage associates and leaders; participate in hiring and promotion.
