Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a custodial teammate to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment across our facilities in Baltimore.

The role requires adherence to chemical safety protocols, proper handling of hazardous materials, and collaboration with staff to sustain cleanliness throughout the warehouse and store areas. Ideal candidates have at least one year of custodial or building maintenance experience, strong attention to detail, and good English communication.

Qualifications

• One year custodial experience and/or building maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods for various surfaces.
• Safe use of chemicals per regulations.
• Handling and disposing of hazardous materials per trainings/regulations.
• Reading, writing, and speaking English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow chemical safety instructions and use of supplies as directed.
• Operate cleaning equipment with required certifications.
• Empty and clean waste baskets and trash containers.
• Sweep, mop floors; sanitize restrooms and fixtures.
• Refill soap, sanitizer, and toilet paper; clean glass and displays.
• Maintain supply inventory and request replenishments.
• Respond to custodial emergencies and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Comply with company policies and ethics; perform additional duties as needed.
