Job summary

Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC is hiring a Custodial Worker to join our facility support services team in Baltimore, MD. The role focuses on cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining offices, restrooms, and common areas, with some night/weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in commercial custodial or janitorial work.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment (vacuum, floor buffer, auto scrubber, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, hallways and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling; dispose of waste properly.
• Clean windows, mirrors, glass surfaces, and fixtures.
• Restock restroom and facility supplies (soap, towels, tissue, etc.).
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist with event setup/cleanup and special projects as needed.
