Job summary

VF is seeking a Custodian for a Monday–Friday shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) in a distribution center. The role centers on cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace across warehouse, office, and break areas.

Responsibilities include floor care, trash removal, restroom cleaning, and ensuring surfaces meet cleanliness standards. Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for long periods, and

Foundation skills: ability to read, write and follow basic work instructions.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
Experience in janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or facilities desired.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain warehouse floors and facilities using cleaning equipment.
Empty trash and recycling; sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and offices.
Maintain cleanliness of warehouse aisles, docks, and walkways; respond to spills.
Safely collect and dispose of waste per procedures; report issues promptly.
