Job summary

KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center role focused on security, inventory control, and ensuring smooth flow of goods within our distribution operations in New York.

This position maintains order accuracy and supports store needs. The role involves receiving and sorting freight, scheduling truck appointments, operating picking/receiving equipment, and coordinating with management to optimize inventory workflows.

Responsibilities

• Verifies accuracy of all receiving documents
• Maintains security integrity and control of all freight, including controlled substances and confidential material
• Responsible for receiving and sorting freight daily.
• Deliver total customer service to our stores and other departments
• Schedules incoming truck appointments
• Operate all equipment associated with picking and receiving responsibilities for regular and special store orders
• Assist in cross functional work assignments when work load demands
• Pick store orders while maintaining the integrity of our inventories
• Maintain open communications with the management team, to help coordinate the general flow of inventory throughout the Distribution Center pipeline
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned
