Job summary

Grainger is hiring for a Distribution Center Associate to work onsite in Colorado. The role focuses on maintaining inventory integrity, processing orders, and safely handling packing, staging, and shipping tasks within a fast-paced warehouse.

You will report to a DC Supervisor and participate in inbound/outbound activities while meeting safety, productivity, and quality targets. The position offers hourly pay starting at $22.15 with raises to $23.35, plus bonuses for PIE operators and overnight

Qualifications

• This role requires workers to be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work around machinery.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound and outbound warehouse tasks with attention to detail.
• Unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing and packing products.
• Ensure correct shipping to meet quality and delivery speed expectations.
• Operate scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe workplace per OSHA rules.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.
