Job summary

Grainger, a leading broad line distributor, is hiring for a Distribution Center Associate. The role involves warehouse duties such as inbound/outbound tasks, packing, labeling, and order processing, with a focus on accuracy and safety. Shift is Monday–Friday, 9:00 am to close (as late as 5:30 pm).

Base pay starts at $24.30/hour with three raises in 12 months. The position includes benefits from day one, including medical/dental/vision/life insurance, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and tuition

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, retail, or customer service to handle fast-paced environments.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Comfort working on your feet around moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound and outbound warehouse tasks with attention to detail.
• Ensure products are shipped correctly to meet quality and delivery speed.
• Meet safety, productivity, and attendance requirements as needed.
• Operate scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe work environment per OSHA.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.
