Job summary

Tireco-Distributors is seeking a Distribution Center Associate to join our Denver, CO location. You will count, verify, and place pallets, pick and stage outbound shipments, and operate an RF scanner and sit-down forklift.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced DC environment. Responsibilities include daily equipment inspections, order processing for parcel and LTL shipments, and supporting management with efficiency goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2+ years in a distribution center environment.
• Proven customer service skills and safety awareness.
• Ability to operate RF scanners and a sit-down forklift.

Responsibilities

• Counts, verifies, and places pallets into correct bin locations using an RF scanner.
• Counts, verifies, and picks/paces pallets at dock door using RF scanner.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness, and productivity in the distribution center.
• Completes daily inspections of equipment (forklift/clamp) with a safety-first mindset.
• Assists with picking and processing parcel and/or LTL orders; supports loading carrier trucks.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
