Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking an Area Manager for the 3rd shift at our Sparks, NV distribution center. You will lead operations, coach your team, and ensure safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

• Leadership experience in a distribution center environment.
• Strong reasoning, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge preferred.
• Experience with automated DC systems and RF technology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Associates Degree or higher in Logistics/Operations/Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.

You’ll oversee safety, efficiency, and team performance while driving continuous improvement at our Sparks, NV distribution center.

3rd Shift

Sunday-Thursday 9:30pm-7am

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a distribution center environment
• Strong reasoning, analytical, and organizational skills
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge preferred
• Teamwork and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate with different levels within the organization
• Experience with automated DC Systems and current RF technology preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Associates Degree or higher in Logistics, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent years of work related experience preferred

Benefits

The annual base salary range is $70,000 - $90,000 / yr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
