Job summary

Ollie is seeking an Area Manager in Princeton, IL, United States to oversee daily production planning for assigned departments. You will lead and direct Associates, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and safely.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and listening skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and guidance for all areas of the assigned department.
• Develop and support a team-oriented environment.
• Deliver the daily production plan to Associates and monitor execution.
• Achieve and sustain performance goals.
• Ensure safety and facility maintenance standards are followed at the department level.
• Interface with other managers to coordinate warehouse activities.
• Interview, select and train Associates and provide coaching as needed.
• Accurately track Associates' hours in Kronos and report as required.
