Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor in the Princeton, IL area. You will oversee warehouse operations, manage a team, and ensure efficient processing of merchandise for distribution to stores.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment. Evening/weekend shifts may be required with a competitive hourly wage and benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role in a mid-size to large DC.
• Ability to manage confidential information and exercise good judgment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic Office tools.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support a team-oriented environment and maintain an orderly area.
• Ensure safety and facility maintenance standards are followed.
• Direct team to meet daily business needs.
• Implement shrinkage control programs.
• Coordinate with Supervisors and Managers for warehouse activities.
• Complete internal reporting accurately and timely.
• Recruit, train, and coach associates; discipline as needed.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping records in Kronos.
• Additional duties as business needs require.
