Job summary

Chamberlain Group is seeking an Associate II, Distribution Center to uphold safety and efficiency in our distribution operations. You will perform standard warehouse tasks, operate equipment, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the center.

The role requires forklift certification, English literacy, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. On-site attendance is essential, with potential for additional hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification is required.
• 2+ years’ experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment OR 1+ year in warehouse with WM Systems.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
• Ability to use hands and fingers and to balance, crawl, or stoop as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment following 6S and safety standards.
• Perform warehouse tasks following standard work and policies to ensure safety and quality.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to minimize accidents.
• Suggest visual aids to improve safety, quality, and productivity in the distribution center.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in projects as needed.
• Identify process deviations and notify supervisor to correct issues promptly.
• Ensure on-site attendance and adapt to assigned shift/schedule, with additional hours as needed.
