Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a warehouse or delivery environment.
• Supervision experience is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Above-average computer literacy is required to manage delivery processes.
• Ability to learn and adapt to changes in work processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise delivery drivers on daily routes.
• Safely operate Chadwell Supply delivery vehicles and manage driver safety.
• Coordinate deliveries, vendor pickups, and other driver duties.
• Maintain and review daily delivery receipts, fuel receipts, and mileage records.
• Monitor GPS tracking and route data to optimize delivery efficiency.
