Job summary

The Hagadone Media Montana Circulation Assistant supports daily distribution operations by helping manage independent contractors and ensuring timely, accurate newspaper delivery to subscribers. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities include assisting in contractor management, addressing customer service concerns, supporting carriers, and ensuring high delivery satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work early-morning shifts Sunday–Friday.
• Basic computer skills with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing independent contractors to ensure efficient newspaper delivery.
• Respond to and resolve customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Support carriers in learning and navigating delivery routes.
• Monitor delivery performance to ensure subscriber satisfaction standards are met.
• Assist in the distribution of newspapers to designated carrier drop locations.
• Deliver newspapers directly to subscribers when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily circulation operations.
