Essential Functions / Responsibilities

• Transport loads safely and promptly along required routes, obeying all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Accurately record and maintain all orders and deliveries electronically.
• Assist with loading or unloading of product, using specialized equipment when warranted and organizing by sales order number.
• Accurately pull product for staging for next day deliveries.
• Handle and transport materials in a safe and efficient manner to minimize damage.
• Work with the distribution team to ensure completed jobs are packaged and loaded on time.
• Assist in loading delivery trucks with finished countertops.
• Perform daily inspections on forklift, boom, clamps, and shackles to ensure safe working order.
• Maintain building and grounds for cleanliness and organization.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and punctuality.
• Pull measurements for accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Work Environment

Work is performed mainly in the warehouse and involves delivering to customer homes, new construction sites, and commercial work sites.

Physical Demands

Key physical demands include standing, sitting, walking, talking, hearing, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, using hands, fingers, wrists, and arms. The position requires driving as needed, passing a DOT medical/physical exam, and lifting over 100lb regularly.

Required Education & Experience
