SUMMARY: The position holder will work in our Transportation group ensuring driver payroll is accurate and timely.

Duties

• Manually keying pay from trip sheets daily
• tracking down PODs with claims associated
• pay layovers
• run reports
• track milestones
• any Ad Hoc tasks

Fast-paced/high volume environment that is based in Operations.

The selected individual will communicate on a daily basis with drivers and managers via phone, email, Microsoft Teams, and in-person.

1st Shift: Monday - Friday (7AM - 4PM).

Requirements

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 3 years of office/clerical experience preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are required; Must possess professional phone skills with both internal contacts and external customers.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

A successful candidate for this position should possess the following:
