  • Work closely with IT teams on Root cause analysis involving servers, workstations, industrial PCs, or connected devices, deployment, configuration, and support of systems that bridge applications and physical hardware, security, access, and compliance requirements for production and enterprise environments
  • Partner with IT during incidents to restore service quickly and implement long-term corrective actions
  • Coordinate changes affecting applications, databases, hardware interfaces, or plant-floor systems to minimize operational risk
Collaboration & Communication
  • With Application Developers Share best practices for application, database, and integration design
  • Mentor less-experienced developers and provide constructive code review feedback
  • Raise concerns early when new features may impact performance, scalability, or supportability
  • With Automation, Operations, and IT Teams Translate operational and hardware-related needs into reliable software and data solutions
  • Respect uptime, stability, safety, and security requirements of industrial systems
  • Coordinate deployments and changes across application, database, and infrastructure boundaries
