• Develop real-time syncing capabilities, including support for streaming sources like webhooks and queues.
• Address scalability and reliability challenges to support rapid growth.
• Enhance the Personalization API for real-time personalization use cases with low latency.
• Extend multi-region and multi-cloud backend to support data residency requirements.
