Job summary

Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI and seeks a Senior Production Engineer to own the observability platform, design stable APIs for infrastructure tooling, and lead the production control plane. You will ensure fleet state remains the single source of truth across provisioning, operations, and customer-facing platforms, including onboarding new hardware.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building scalable distributed systems.
• Strong programming skills in Go and Python.
• Designing stable, versioned APIs for infrastructure tools.
• Experience with incident response and postmortems.
• Familiarity with metrics, tracing, and observability at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own observability platform and data pipelines for fleet visibility.
• Define and build API surface for production infrastructure tools.
• Build and maintain the production control plane and orchestration layer.
• Maintain fleet state as truth across provisioning and operations.
• Onboard new hardware and integrate it into the platform.
