Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a Production Engineering professional to own the network fleet health end to end, define real-time monitoring, and ship dashboards across all sites. You will build tooling for diagnostics and automation to turn network faults into solvable problems, drive repair pipelines, and ensure end-to-end reliability as the datacenter network scales with aggressive automation.

Qualifications

• Treat toil as a bug and build tools to automate diagnostics.
• Think in systems to distinguish fault types and propagate effects.
• Embrace ambiguity, map the landscape, explain it to others.
• Learn quickly; competence in unfamiliar domains is valued.
• Handle pager duties, run incidents, postmortems, fix root causes.
• Fluency with AI tooling and AI coding frameworks in daily work.
• Ship production network tooling and automation used by other teams.
• Develop automation tools in Go and Python; knowledge of network monitoring.
• Bonus: RMA/repair lifecycle automation; large-scale datacenter fabric.

Responsibilities

• Own network fleet health end to end and define monitoring requirements.
• Build active debugging tooling for fleet-wide diagnostics and repair visualization.
• Turn repair into a pipeline from detection through parts management and return to service.
• Own network qualification and validation to gate new sites and hardware.
• Oversee end-to-end reliability, scalability, and operation of the network at scale.
