Job summary

The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services seeks a Distributed Computer Systems Analyst II to provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support, manage desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices via MDM, and assist with software management projects.

The role requires evaluating hardware and software issues, coordinating with clients, documenting solutions, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring security standards while aligning with the Office of Agriculture Technology

Qualifications

Experience providing 2nd/3rd level technical support for hardware and software.
Ability to configure and manage mobile devices via an MDM platform.
Strong troubleshooting, problem solving and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Provide diagnostic evaluation and remote/on-site troubleshooting for software/hardware.
Support desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals and perform upgrades.
Lead planning, testing, and implementation of IT projects under management guidance.
Configure and maintain department mobile devices via MDM; ensure standards.
Document service requests, solutions, and inventory in ticketing systems.
