Job summary

Short Sale Cooperative, America's largest distressed sale firm, seeks an office professional to advise distressed homeowners and real estate agents. You will support underwriters in liquidation departments and coordinate workflows in a high-tech office.

The role emphasizes strong math and communication skills, a collaborative environment, and a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with weekends and holidays off. Training is provided and an opportunity to grow within a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of recent non-virtual, full-time mortgage or real estate office experience with strong math, computer, and communication skills.
• Tech-savvy professionals who excel in communication and collaborate well in an office setting.
• College degree in a related/professional field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform digital filing, document auditing, and financial analysis with attention to detail.
• Provide exceptional customer support and consultation to homeowners, real estate agents, and attorneys.
• Problem-solve complex distressed homeownership scenarios to achieve optimal client solutions.
• Manage and organize workflows in a fast-paced, high-tech office setting.
