Job summary

Lendistry is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee distressed loan portfolios, including commercial and SBA assets, across CORE and SBA portfolios. You will develop workout strategies, monitor compliance, and coordinate with legal counsel and external partners to maximize recoveries.

The role requires experience with workouts, bankruptcies, foreclosures, and OREO management, plus excellent communication and analytical abilities. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance or a related field.
• Experience in workouts and restructures, litigation including collection litigation, and real estate foreclosures.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer a portfolio of problem and non-performing loans.
• Develop and implement strategies to resolve problem loans and reduce risk.
• Negotiate workout and liquidation outcomes with borrowers and guarantors.
• Manage OREO operations and dispositions, including valuations and reporting.
