Job summary

Lendistry is seeking an Asset Manager to manage distressed loan assets across core and SBA portfolios. You will develop workout, restructuring, liquidation, and recovery strategies to preserve principal and maximize recoveries, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing troubled commercial and/or SBA loan portfolios.
Experience with workouts and restructures, litigation including collection litigation, receiverships, bankruptcy, and foreclosures.

Responsibilities

Administer a portfolio of problem and non‑performing loans and develop strategies to resolve them.
Develop and execute action plans including restructurings, forbearances, settlements, foreclosures, and liquidations.
Negotiate with borrowers and guarantors to maximize recoveries and minimize losses.
Perform daily collection activities and monitor results, including skip-tracing when required.
Monitor loan performance, analyze collateral value, and support bankruptcies and legal proceedings.
Manage OREO properties, including valuation, impairment analysis, and disposition plans.
Contribute to the overall risk management of the loan portfolio and ensure regulatory compliance.
