Qualifications
- Formal Credit Training
- 7+ years experience in servicing distressed portfolios of large commercial Real Estate loans
- MBA/Accounting/Finance/Economics preferred
Responsabilités
- Manage and maintain an assigned portfolio of classified assets, including commercial RE loans and ORE.
- Ensure compliance with all internal, external and regulatory requirements.
- Perform credit administration duties including ratings, file maintenance, and memorandums.
- Coordinate loan restructures with Portfolio Manager and Special Asset Committee.
- Assist in preparing Watched Asset Reports & Classified Assets Reports as needed.
- Monitor delinquencies and renewals for assigned portfolio.
