Position Overview
Autodesk is seeking an experienced Distinguished Architect to join our AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) division. Our distributed team is dedicated to solving large-scale challenges in the construction industry. As a Distinguished Architect, you will identify, assess, prioritize and most importantly drive the transformation of Autodesk’s Administration system into a scalable, extensible, robust enterprise offering.
As the senior-most architect for the Admin domain, you will define the technical strategy, partner with peer architects and platform leaders, and own the long-term evolution of foundational services that touch every user and project in Autodesk’s cloud. This is not a thought-leadership-only role; you’ll be expected to drive alignment, make difficult tradeoffs, and shepherd platform evolution with empathy for both legacy consumers and forward-looking strategy.
Location: Seeking candidates in the San Francisco Bay area, but open to remote or within a commutable distance of an Autodesk office. 0-15% travel may be required.
