Sazerac Company is seeking a Distillery Production Planner / Scheduler to join our growing team. You will develop and maintain production and aging schedules, plan raw materials, ingredients, and barrels, and ensure alignment with business goals across the distillery.
Collaborating with cross‑functional operations teams, you will optimize inventory, manage warehouse planning, analyze data for risks, and support timely execution of production plans.
