Job summary

Sazerac Company is hiring a Production Planner/Scheduler to ensure inventory availability and align demand with production capacity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will develop and maintain production schedules, coordinate with production, supply chain and customer teams, and monitor inventory and planning metrics to optimize service levels and costs. The role offers competitive pay in the beverage industry.

Qualifications

Job Description/Responsibilities

Join a team that keeps our products moving from production to customers by ensuring the right inventory is available at the right time. The Production Planner/Scheduler plays a key role in balancing customer demand, production capacity, and inventory levels while driving operational efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally across supply chain, production, and customer teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and inventory targets.


• Coordinate with production, supply chain, and customer teams to balance service levels, inventory, and operational efficiency.


• Monitor inventory levels and planning metrics to support business goals while minimizing carrying costs.


• Manage and communicate production priorities, supporting successful execution of new products and key initiatives.


• Ensure planning activities comply with company, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.


• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning, scheduling, or a related manufacturing function.


• Experience using ERP, MRP, MPS, WMS, or similar manufacturing planning systems.

Preferred

• Experience in the beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or alcohol industry.


• Knowledge of import/export regulations and integrated planning or forecasting systems.

The annual salary range for this role is $81,956- $122,934. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
