Job summary

Sazerac is seeking a Distillery Manager to lead daily distillery operations at our Kentucky facility, driving production, quality, safety, and team performance. You will oversee production planning and support a high-performing team in a future state 24/7 manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of manufacturing experience and at least 3 years in a leadership role within distillery or beverage manufacturing, with a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, or processing environment.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a distillery, beverage, food manufacturing, or similar industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily distillery operations to meet production goals, quality standards, and customer expectations.
• Develop and manage production schedules while overseeing raw materials and supplies.
• Promote a strong safety culture through training, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and performance.
• Coach, develop, and lead production team members while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

As the Distillery Manager, you'll lead daily distillery operations, oversee production planning, and support a high-performing team in a future state 24/7 manufacturing environment. Qualifications/Requirements

Required

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, or processing environment.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a distillery, beverage, food manufacturing, or similar industrial setting.

Preferred

• Engineering or related technical degree.
• Experience in distilling, food and beverage manufacturing, or a closely related industry.
