Sazerac Company is seeking a Distillery Manager in Kentucky to lead daily production, quality, safety, and team performance at our distillery operations.

You will oversee production planning, manage materials, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in a related setting.

Job Description/Responsibilities

Join a growing distillery operation where you'll play a key role in driving production, quality, safety, and team performance. As the Distillery Manager, you'll lead daily distillery operations, oversee production planning, and support a high-performing team in a future state 24/7 manufacturing environment. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on operational excellence while helping produce industry-leading spirits.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily distillery operations to ensure production goals, quality standards, and customer expectations are met.
• Develop and execute production schedules while managing raw materials and production supplies.
• Promote a strong safety culture through training, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and performance.
• Coach, develop, and lead production team members while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, or processing environment.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a distillery, beverage, food manufacturing, or similar industrial setting.

Preferred

• Engineering or related technical degree.
• Experience in distilling, food and beverage manufacturing, or a closely related industry.
