Job summary

Electrical Automation Services in Tallassee, AL is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to support a high-speed beverage production facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, controls, and electromechanical systems across the plant, and participate in PM, PdM, and continuous improvement activities.

The ideal candidate reads schematics, works with PLCs (Allen‑Bradley/Rockwell), VFDs, sensors, and instrumentation, and uses SAP or CMMS to document work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing, brewery, distillery, beverage, food processing, packaging, or consumer products facility.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, control circuits, motors, motor controls, VFDs, PLCs, instrumentation, and automated production equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance (PdM), and corrective maintenance activities on manufacturing and utility equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures using electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, PLC logic, and troubleshooting tools.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, startup, and validation of new equipment and capital projects.
