Electrical Automation Services in Elmore, AL, is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to support a high-speed distillery and beverage production facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, and improve electrical and control systems, monitor equipment health, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to LOTO, and hands-on maintenance of motors, conveyors, pumps, and packaging lines. Experience with SAP/CMMS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or beverage packaging.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience troubleshooting automated equipment and using SAP/CMMS for work orders.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, control circuits, motors, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, and packaging equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment.
• Diagnose failures using schematics and PLC logic.
• Support downtime reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment.
