Electrical Automation Services in Deatsville, AL is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to support a high‑speed distillery and beverage production facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, and improve electrical, control, and electromechanical systems while upholding safety, quality, and operational excellence.

This role requires 5+ years of industrial maintenance, proficiency with PLCs (Allen‑Bradley/Rockwell), VFDs, motors, sensors, and instrumentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or beverage facilities.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, motors, VFDs, PLCs and instrumentation.
• Perform PM and PdM on plant equipment and utilities.
• Support uptime by responding to breakdowns and minimizing downtime.
• Document maintenance activities in SAP/CMMS and maintain asset history.
• Assist with installation, commissioning and validation of new equipment.
