Job summary

OnePay is seeking a Disputes Operations & Strategy leader to optimize dispute workflows with AI-enabled automation across all product lines. You will transform intake, investigations, chargebacks, and resolution processes while reducing regulatory and fraud risk.

You will partner with Product, Compliance, and Engineering to design automated workflows, drive efficiency, and ensure scalable, compliant operations. This role offers remote US work and strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations or process optimization with a track record of scaling via technology.
• Hands-on ability to deploy AI tools, LLMs, prompts, automation, or analytics to close gaps.
• Fast-moving, accountable owner who drives complex projects to completion.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven KPI tracking with sharp attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive customer and financial information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI transformation using LLMs and automation to cut costs and improve CX.
• Oversee daily back-office disputes operations across products with automated workflows.
• Improve tooling and vendor performance; integrate AI copilots and optimize case systems.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent automated fixes.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Engineering on launches and workflows.
• Communicate operational plans and AI metrics clearly to leadership.
