Our White Collar Practice specializes in defending and advising clients on a wide range of corporate crime and regulatory enforcement matters. We provide specialized legal services related to fraud, bribery, corruption, insider trading, money laundering and other financial crimes. Our team conducts internal investigations, manages responses to government inquiries and navigates complex regulatory landscapes. We also represent clients in criminal prosecutions, enforcement actions and associated civil litigation. By leveraging our extensive legal expertise and strategic insights into regulatory trends, our White Collar Practice helps clients mitigate risks, handle crises effectively, and safeguard their reputation and business interests.Roles at this level will be developing foundational legal skills and support senior lawyers with relatively straightforward legal tasks. Their role involves conducting legal research and drafting materials to support matters.
