Job summary

You will work with the disputes team and support frontline staff in a fast-paced banking environment. Ideal candidates have an Associates degree or equivalent experience, plus 2+ years in banking.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2+ years banking experience required.
• Regulation E error resolution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process high volume of dispute claims for debit, ACH, ATM, and Zelle transactions.
• Research, resolve, and post adjustments within required timeframes.
• Conduct phone interviews with customers and external agencies to obtain information.
• Maintain dispute tracking software and case management tools to ensure timely handling of caseloads.
• Assist with training frontline staff on dispute processes.
