The role focuses on processing dispute claims across debit card, ACH, ATM, and Zelle transactions while ensuring compliance with Regulation E and related rules. The position requires strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a busy caseload with timely, accurate resolutions.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; relevant work experience accepted in lieu.
• 2+ years banking experience required.
• Regulation E error resolution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and processes a high volume of dispute claims for debit card, ACH, ATM, and Zelle transactions.
• Researches, resolves, and posts adjustments within required timeframes.
• Case initiation and evidence gathering, merchant contact and chargeback.
• Conducts phone interviews with customers, suspects, and external agencies.
• Maintains case management tools and reports to review caseloads.
• Completes incident reports and monitors fraud reports using CAMS.
• Provides support to frontline deposit staff on dispute scenarios.
• Trains frontline staff on dispute processes.
